Service Description

SignalDash provides automated AI readiness audits. We analyze publicly available information about domains you submit and generate a scored report across 5 metrics.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

Plans and Pricing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Referral Program

Each referral signup earns you 1 bonus audit, capped at 10 bonus audits total. Self-referrals are prohibited and will be rejected.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability

SignalDash provides audits on an "as is" basis. Audit scores are AI-generated assessments, not guarantees. We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@signaldash.dev with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

If you have explicitly consented to the performance of the digital service beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction for all disputes: Hamburg, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address can be found in the imprint. We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
